The platform

Every part of the work, connected and accountable.

Oryvin brings the documents that say what must happen, the plans that describe how, the systems that do it and the record that proves it into one lifecycle, with people directing the work at every point that matters.

The lifecycle

One loop, from intent to evidence

Instead of separate tools that each keep their own story, every stage hands off to the next through a defined contract.

Govern

Policies, procedures and requests are written and approved in a controlled editor.

Plan

Work is described as a plan with steps, owners and checks.

Build

Source changes are made through controlled gateways and packaged as releasable artifacts.

Run

Orchestrator executes approved steps, on a schedule or on demand.

Verify

Status, health and visual proof are captured and recorded in Helm.

The components

What is inside

Each component has one clear job and a defined interface, so it can be understood, replaced or extended on its own.

Compliance Editor-In-Chief

Governed documents

The editor for policies, procedures and system documentation. Documents carry version history, approvals by version, review schedules with a due list, tags, index terms and embedded evidence images. Libraries travel as single files and open offline in the CEIC Viewer.

Orchestrator

Execution engine

Executes approved plans one controlled step at a time. Changes are applied transactionally, checked against policy, protected against replay, recorded in an audit trail and rolled back if something goes wrong.

Binnacle

Scheduling and triggers

Runs plans on a schedule or on demand through a simple interface, and hands every step's reporting to Helm.

Helm

Live status and evidence ledger

Every component reports what it is doing to Helm, which keeps an append-only record. Leaders see what is happening now; auditors see what happened and when.

SourcePort, Origin and DropBoxMini

Source, packaging and artifacts

Source control with an authoritative store and individual contributor keys, controlled packaging, and an artifact exchange with health checks, so what is built is what is delivered.

Looker

Visual verification

Captures how an application actually looks and behaves, so a change is confirmed by evidence rather than assumption.

Cane

Data protection and private AI delegate

The obfuscation engine and its hardened AI agent. Real data stays behind the boundary; teams and AI assistants work with protected, consistent copies. See Data protection.

AI gateways and Switchboard

AI and media services

General and private gateways for language models, plus a capability router for image and speech services. See AI gateways.

Institutional memory

Shared knowledge

Searchable organizational memory across projects and sessions, so decisions and context are found again instead of rediscovered.

Trac ticketing

Requests and tracking

Requests are raised and tracked as tickets with a gateway that gives automation controlled, key-based access.

Security foundation

Governance is built in, not bolted on.

Security and governance are part of how each component is built. A control that exists but is not in the request path does not count, so nothing ships without it.

  • Identity: single sign-on through a central identity service, with multi-factor access for interactive and privileged use.
  • Certificates: an internal certificate authority issues certificates to every service, so internal traffic is encrypted end to end.
  • Internal by default: services live behind the firewall; only what must be public is public.
  • Private name service: internal DNS keeps the environment self-contained.
  • Least privilege: individual keys per contributor and per component, with scoped access.
  • Append-only records: the change history of every plan and the status ledger cannot be edited after the fact.
